Though these babies are lightweight, they’re great to use to tone! You can use them empty, or fill them up with water, sand, weighted beads, etc. Home products are just as effective, such as dried rice or beans, to get them as heavy as you’d like! The lightest weight, with water, is approx 2 LBS.
